Local Licensing
Where a jurisdiction requires a licence or registration for security activity — whether of the company, the individual, or both — that requirement is confirmed and satisfied before work begins. Where it cannot be satisfied, the work is not undertaken.
Applicable National Laws
Assignments are structured around the law of the place where they are performed, including rules on private security, use of force, equipment, surveillance, employment and data. Where laws conflict, the stricter applicable standard governs.
Background Screening
Identity, right-to-work, qualification and background checks proportionate to the role, conducted lawfully and within local data-protection rules. Screening is repeated per role and per jurisdiction, not held indefinitely.
Professional Conduct
Personnel are required to act lawfully, proportionately and respectfully; to cooperate appropriately with local authorities; to refuse unlawful instructions; and to report incidents and errors accurately, including their own.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential during and after an engagement. Personnel are bound by written confidentiality terms, and prior confidentiality obligations owed to former employers are fully respected.
Insurance
Appropriate insurance cover valid for the territory, activity and duration of the engagement is a precondition of deployment, not an administrative detail settled afterwards.
Contractual Responsibilities
Every engagement runs on a written mandate defining scope, deliverables, authority limits, escalation routes, reporting and termination. Nothing operational proceeds on a verbal understanding.
Data Protection
Personal data is collected only where necessary, held only as long as required, protected proportionately, and handled in line with applicable data-protection law. Clients are told what we hold and why.
Human Rights
Operations are conducted with respect for the rights, dignity and safety of all persons — clients, third parties and the public alike. Proportionality is a binding constraint, not a preference.
Client Safety
The client's safety governs the advice we give, including when that advice is to reduce activity, change plans, or decline a movement we do not consider defensible.
Anti-Corruption Principles
We do not offer, solicit or facilitate bribes, facilitation payments or improper advantage of any kind, and we will withdraw from an engagement rather than participate in one.
