Specialist Personnel
Access to appropriately qualified former security and specialist professionals — engaged as private civilians, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
Experience Is Valuable. Accountability Is Essential.
People who have spent a career in security, military or law-enforcement environments bring something that cannot be taught quickly: the ability to stay useful when a situation stops following the plan. Composure, structured communication, and the habit of thinking two steps ahead are genuine professional assets.
They are not, on their own, a qualification. Prior service tells us how someone has behaved in a structure that no longer applies to them. What matters for a private assignment is whether they can work lawfully, proportionately and discreetly as a civilian professional, accountable to a written mandate rather than a chain of command.
So we treat background as evidence to be assessed, not as a credential to be advertised.
The limits, stated plainly
Former government or security-service experience confers no current government authority, no law-enforcement powers, no intelligence-service status, no special access and no legal privilege of any kind.
Personnel act only within the authority lawfully available to any private individual in the jurisdiction concerned.
We do not claim that our personnel are former employees of any particular agency, and we do not present any individual as such.
Backgrounds We May Draw On
Where legally permitted, and always subject to vetting for the specific role and jurisdiction.
Security Personnel
Career protective and site-security practitioners with current licensing and demonstrable operating experience.
Military Personnel
Planning discipline, communications and composure — reoriented fully to a civilian, client-facing, lawful context.
Law-Enforcement Personnel
Procedural rigour and evidence-handling habits, applied strictly as a private civilian with no residual powers.
Protective-Security Professionals
Residential, venue, event and corporate security specialists with layered-access and procedure expertise.
Specialist Instructors
Qualified trainers delivering lawful awareness, personal-safety, first-aid and preparedness instruction.
Analysts & Coordinators
Risk analysts and operations coordinators supporting planning, scheduling and documentation.
Before Anyone Is Put Forward
Vetting is not a one-time event. It is repeated against the requirements of the specific role and the specific country each time someone is proposed for an assignment.
- Identity and right to work — verified documents and lawful authorisation for the country of assignment.
- Licensing — current security licence or registration where the activity requires one.
- Qualification — evidenced training and competence relevant to the duties, including safety and first-aid certification.
- Background screening — proportionate to the role and conducted within local data-protection law.
- References — taken up directly, not accepted as supplied documents.
- Terms — signed confidentiality, conduct and limits-of-authority provisions before any deployment.
Confidentiality obligations are respected. We do not ask, encourage or permit anyone to disclose information covered by a confidentiality, official-secrets or employment obligation from previous service. Candidates who have held sensitive roles are expected to comply fully with those obligations, and an approach that tests them is grounds for ending the process.
Staffing a Requirement?
Tell us the role, the location and the timeframe. We will confirm what can lawfully be staffed there before proposing anyone.
