Requirement Intake
Destination, dates, purpose, who is travelling and what they need to be able to do. No sensitive detail is requested at this stage.
How international assignments are assessed, authorised and delivered — and why we will not claim a presence we do not have.
Security websites frequently display world maps studded with office pins and country lists. Most of those maps describe ambition rather than presence, and a client who relies on one can find that the capability evaporates at the point it is actually needed.
We take the opposite approach. We do not display office locations, we do not list countries of operation, and we do not claim active operations anywhere unless that can be verified at the time of the enquiry.
What we do instead is assess each international requirement individually, confirm what is lawfully and practically available in that specific jurisdiction, and give a direct answer — including when the answer is no.
Nothing is promised abroad until it has been confirmed locally.
These are not formalities to be worked around. Any one of them can make an otherwise straightforward requirement impossible, and each is confirmed before commitments are made.

We establish the legal position for private security activity in that country, including whether the requirement can lawfully be met at all.
Licensing, permissions, timelines, insurance and practical availability are checked against the client's actual dates.
A direct response: what can be provided, what cannot, what would need to change, and what the realistic lead time is.
Where the answer is yes, a written mandate defines scope, authority limits, escalation and reporting before anyone deploys.
Sanctions, restrictions and refusals. Some destinations, clients or activities cannot lawfully be supported — because of sanctions regimes, export or equipment restrictions, local prohibitions on private security, or our own assessment that the work cannot be done safely and lawfully. Where that is the case we say so at the earliest point, rather than accepting an engagement we cannot honour.
Give us the destination and the dates. The first thing we will return is a clear statement of what is lawfully possible there.
